Refund Policy In Case Of Customised Tour


1. Full refund if cancelled before 45 days and more with a 5% Cancellation Charge.
2. 30% cancellation charge, if cancelled between 30 days.
3. 50% cancellation charge, if cancelled between 15-29 clear working days.
4. 80% cancellation charge, if cancelled between 8- 14 clear working days.
5. No refund is possible on below mentioned situations -
A. If cancelled before 7 clear days.
B. Due to bad weather, earthquake, civil/political disturbances or anything beyond human control. In these following situations, we can reschedule on next possible date.



Payment Policy In Case Of Customised Tour


1. 40% payment should be done as Advance for Confirming the Booking.
2. Balance 60% payment should be done on the First Night Of the Tour.



Refund Policy In Case Of Group Tour



1. Booking Confirmation and Initial Deposit

A. A 20% refundable initial deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
B. The initial deposit is refundable until the booking of the ticket (e.g., flight, train, or other transport). Once the ticket is booked, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
C. This deposit must be paid within a specified time frame (Before 10 Days of Opening of the Ticket Portal).

2. Payment Schedule

A. Second Installment: A second Payment of 30% of the total Tour Cost is Due 1 Month before the Journey.
B. Final Payment: The Remaining 50% of the total Tour Cost is due on the First Night of the Tour.

3. Late Payment

A. Failure to make payments on time may result in the Cancellation of the Booking, with Applicable Cancellation Charges as per the Company’s Policy.
B. Late payments may incur a penalty fee (5% of the overdue amount).

4. Payment Methods

• A. Accepted payment methods typically include:
  
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Gateway (like Paytm, GPay, Phonepe, BharatPay,etc.)
  • Cheque.
  All Payments must be Made in INR.
  
  

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• • Cancellation by the Client:

  • The initial deposit is refundable only until the tickets are booked.

  • Cancellations made after the ticket is booked will forfeit the initial deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure may incur a cancellation fee up to 50-75% of the total tour cost, depending on the time of cancellation.
    
    

• • Cancellation by the Travel Company:

  • If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour will be offered.
    
    

6. Amendments to Booking

• Any changes to the booking (e.g., change of dates, adding or removing participants) must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.

• Changes are subject to availability and the company’s discretion.
  
  

7. Group Size

• The quoted price is based on a minimum group size. If the number of participants falls below the minimum required, the travel company reserves the right to adjust the pricing or cancel the tour.
  
  

8. Special Conditions

• Some tours may require full payment upfront, especially during peak travel seasons or for special events.

• Certain services (e.g., flights, hotels) may have separate payment and cancellation terms.
  
  

10. Force Majeure

• The travel company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics).

• Refunds or credits in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
